The Astronomical Society of NSW exists to bring together people interested in Astronomy and related sciences, and to promote public interest and education in Astronomy. The ASNSW provides members and the general public access to Astronomical observing facilities, educational lectures, and assistance in selecting, using and even building telescopes and related instruments.

We are the largest and most active Astronomy club in New South Wales, and currently have over 450 members from across Australia, and around the world. more details…

The Annual South Pacific Star Party

The 17th Annual SPSP will be held over the weekend of 22 - 24 May, 2009. Registrations will be opening soon. To register for the SPSP, complete an online registration form.
