Nominations will only be accepted in the format of the supplied form or as generally prescribed by the ASNSW Inc Constitution. Close of nominations is 4:00pm Wednesday 25th June, 2008.
A member can nominate for more than one committee position but each nomination must be on a separate properly completed form.
Each nomination form must bear the signature of the nominee and be supported, in writing, by 2 full members who are eligible to vote and whose signatures must also be on the form.
Nominations must be received at the society’s postal address: GPO Box 1123, SYDNEY NSW 2001 or be delivered to the Secretary by 4:00pm Wednesday 25th June, 2008. Facsimiles or e-mail will not be accepted.
