Exposure: Multiple exposures of 5, 10 and 60 seconds totalling 57 minutes
Equipment: Modified Canon 30D DSLR camera at ISO 800 fitted with a Nikkor 55 mm lens at f/2.8, piggybacked on an auto-guided telescope

Object: Comet McNaught (C/2006 P1)
Exposure: Quad-colour image. LRGB: L, R and G, 1 x 20 sec. exposure. B, 1 x 32 sec exposure. All binned 2 x 2.
Equipment: ST-8E NABG camera with CFW-8 filter wheel and a 35mm Nikon lens mounted on fixed tripod. Field of view approx. 21 x 14.
Processing: MaxIm DL and Photoshop

NGC 1365
ST-7E camera on an 8" Celestron SCT using an f/6.3 focal reducer.
The exposures were a total of Red and Green 30 min. and Blue 48 min.
Camera control and processing with MaxIm DL/CCD.
The images were taken in my back yard in Coonabarabran.



M 83
ST-7E NABG camera plus CFW-8 filter wheel on 8" SCT with f/6.3 focal reducer on a Losmandy G11 mount.
The red and green components were a total of 40 minutes each and the blue a total of 64 minutes, all unbinned
The camera control and most of the processing was with MaxIm DL/CCD with some minor adjustments in Photoshop.
