When to pack away: Sunday afternoon.
There is a bundle with a sign, white chain and orange plastic fencing stored on the left-hand side of the Bunkhouse Alcove.

The Emergency Assembly Point Boundary

When to set up: Wednesday.
When to pack away: Anytime Sunday.
Obtain star posts from the stockpile (ask Joe) and install around the boundary of the Emergency Assembly Area, from next to the top Car Parking area to the top end of the Main Shed, just short of the Roll-a-Door. Leave pedestrian access at both ends. The whomper to drive in the star posts is kept in the ASNSW storage shed.

A roll of orange-flag bunting is kept in the Store Room alcove. Run orange bunting between the star posts.

The purpose is to keep the area clear in case of Emergency, allow space for the group photo and provide access in case a big truck needs to get close to the Main Shed (prizes, stall-holder stock or maintenance issues).
