c)    Where to Find Stores and Equipment

The STORE ROOM is the alcove to the Bunkhouse, off the Breezeway at the entry to the Meeting Hall.
The large plastic box of volunteer equipment (badges and high-vis vests) is kept in the Store Room, but should be moved to the table in the Breezeway during the SPSP for easy access.
Tea & Coffee station stores are on the shelves on the left-hand-side as you go in.
Plastic bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper are on the right-hand-side.

d)    First Aid and Emergency Procedure

The First Aid Kit is stored on the white shelves in the sink corner of the Meeting Hall.
A loud-hailer with siren may be used in the event of an emergency. It may be on the shelves or on a table or desk in the Meeting Hall.
The Assembly Point is between the driveway and the Meeting Hall.
A safety hand-out is issued to all participants with information about evacuation routes.

e)    Assembly Day

A date is to be agreed between volunteers and the Blue Room booked at Marine Rescue Hawkesbury base sometime in the two weeks before the star party.
•    Insert the cards for each individual into a pouch. Remember that kids under 12 do not vote in the AI competition, so these do not need voting tickets in their pouches.
•    Put the pouches into envelopes in family/participant groups.
•    Each envelope also has clips for each pouch, a red torch for each pouch, meal tickets for whole party, and one garbage bag per envelope.
Envelopes are ordered alphabetically by the surname of the primary registrant for each family (cross-referenced on the printed participants list) and put into boxes (under-bed boxes or large flat cardboard boxes) with the T-shirt orders.
Deliver the whole lot to the SPSP by 4pm Thursday (when the desk is first opened), earlier if possible (for the benefit of early arrivals and getting set up in plenty of time).
